Stem Cell Medicine Ltd. (“Stem Cell”) respects your privacy. This policy explains the privacy practices for our website at www.stemcell-medicine.com (“the Site”).

This policy covers, among other things, what personal information we collect from you whether you are a registered user or not, how we use the information, the data obtained automatically when you use the Site or its services and how we retain it.

When you access the Site, address Stem Cell or register to any of the Site’s services that requires registration, your details will be stored on Stem Cell systems and they will be used and retained as specified within this policy.

We may change the terms of this policy from time to time subject that such change will become effective after 7 days from its initial publishing. Such change shall not effect private information collected prior to the date when the change becomes effective unless it is for your own benefit, due to legal requirement or due to instruction of an authorized authority. Personal Information we collect

Some of the Site’s services may require registration. When you register or address Mapi we may ask you to provide personal details such as your name and e-mail address.

The fields for compulsory completion will be explicitly indicated. Please note that you are not under obligation to provide personal data but if you do not wish to provide it you may not be able to register and use the Site’s services or features that require registration.

If you just visit the Site and you are not a registered user no more information is collected than is typically collected in server logs by web sites in general such as IP address, your browser etc. Simply visiting the Site, does not expose your identity publicly but please note that your network IP address, depending on your connection, may be traceable.

In case that you’ll encounter wrong information, or in case that you’ll be under the impression that certain details are incorrect you may ask for its correction or removal.

In case that you access request or correction or erase request will be rejected you may appeal to court in accordance with the provisions of the above mentioned ordinance.
